Today we headed out into the garden to explore and learn. We practised our balancing by walking along planks of wood and used magnifying glasses to explore the environment around us.

🌟Star of the Week 🌟 Today we took part in a socially distanced star of the week assembly. Well done to Jack from Rabbit Class who received our star of the week!

As we haven’t been able to talk to you as we usually would we have devised a settling in sheet which we have completed for each child so you can see how they’re doing. These will be in your child's book bag today at home time. @WpeckerCassInf @OwlCassInf

Today we read the story 'We are all different'. We discussed how we are different and what makes us special. We learnt that even though we may like different things or have different hair we are kind to everyone. #CassInfSMSC #CassInfEnglish

As part of our topic ‘All About Me’ we created self portraits of ourselves and practised making different amounts and matching the number card! #CassInfMaths #CassInfArt

A brilliant first day in rabbit class! We have been trying lots of different challenges including collaging self portraits. Tying in with our topic ‘All About Me’ we read and talked about the book ‘Only One You’ by Linda Kranz!
